“Teddy” captures a candid, joyful moment of my childhood Labrador mid-twist, scratching his back in pure, unfiltered bliss. I started this project with the intent of hanging it above my bed, a popular and loved spot where Teddy spends his mid-day naps. I chose stars in the background to represent the dreamlike state a midday nap brings.
